You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Deeping St Nicholas Parish Council, which will be held on Monday the 25th of September commencing at 7pm in the Primary School on Main Road, Deeping St Nicholas.   The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda below.  If you are unable to attend, please notify me of your apology.

There will be a 15-minute public forum at the start, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

  2. To receive and approve reasons for absence.
  3. To receive Declarations of Interest, in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests.
  4. To approve the Minutes of the previous Parish Council meetings.
  5. Matters arising from the Minutes, (not included on this Agenda).
  6. To receive the Clerk’s report on matters outstanding.

  8. To receive the notes from 2 meetings of the Finance Committee and to resolve whether to approve the recommendations.
  9. To resolve the purchase and siting of a new defibrillator on Coronation Avenue, following a request.
  10. Planning Matters and to receive the report of the Planning Committee.
  11. Highways Matters and to receive the Community Speed Watch, (CSW) report.
  12. To receive an update regarding the passing place on Campain’s Lane.
  13. To receive a report from the HR Committee.
  14. To receive an update from the Playing Fields and Bus Shelters Committee.
  15. To receive a report from the Good Neighbour Scheme.
  16. To receive an update from the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme.
  17. To receive an update regarding South Lincs Connected (SLC).
  18. To receive a report from the Gardening Club.
  19. To receive an update from the Friends of Littleworth Station following their recent meeting.
