AGENDA
1) To receive and approve apologies for absence.
2) To receive Declarations of Interest, in accordance with the LGA 2000.

The Public & Press to be excluded from the meeting in accordance with the provision of Section 1 (2) of the Public Bodies (admission to meetings Act 1960). The items to be discussed being of a confidential nature.
3) To resolve the co-option of a new Member following their recent interview with a panel of the HR Committee.
4) To discuss and resolve the use of volunteers from North Sea Camp to carry out bus shelter cleaning, litter picking and highway grass cutting throughout the village.
