You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Deeping St Nicholas Parish Council, which will be held on Monday the 24th of July commencing at 7pm in the Primary School on Main Road, Deeping St Nicholas.   The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda below.  If you are unable to attend, please notify me of your apology.

There will be a 15-minute public forum at the start, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

2.   To receive and approve reasons for absence.

3.   To resolve the Co-option of a new member, following the recommendation of the HR Committee.

4.   To receive Declarations of Interest, in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests.

5.   To approve the Minutes of the previous Parish Council meetings, (Annual and Extraordinary meeting).

16.   To receive an update from the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme.

17.   To receive an update regarding South Lincs Connected (SLC).

18.   To receive an update from the Friends of Littleworth Station.

19.   ID Cards and Hi-Viz waistcoats for volunteers.

20.   To discuss and resolve whether to remove the ‘No Parking by Order’ signs on Campain’s Lane.

21.   Speed awareness; to discuss and resolve ways of recording speed data.
