You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Deeping St Nicholas Parish Council, which will be held on Monday the 28th of September commencing at 7pm in Deeping St Nicholas Primary School, Main Road, Deeping St Nicholas.   The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda below.  If you are unable to attend, please notify me of your apology.

There will be a 15-minute public forum before the meeting, where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

1. To resolve to Co-opt David Baynes onto the Parish Council.

2. To receive and approve reasons for absence.

3. To receive Declarations of Interest, in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests.

4. To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held in July.

5. Matters arising from the Minutes, (not included in this Agenda).

6. To resolve to appoint member(s) to the Playing Fields Committee.

a. To discuss the plans for a MUGA at Littleworth. 

7. To resolve whether to subscribe to the Civic.ly Asset Management App at £19 per month.

8. To receive the Clerk’s Report on matters outstanding and correspondence.

9. Highways Matters:

a. Community Speed Watch.

b. To discuss and resolve the issue of graffiti in the bus shelter(s).

c. To receive an update on the road at Hop Pole.

d. To discuss the new and old interactive speed signs.

10. To receive the Notes of the Finance Committee meeting on the 21st of September, and to agree any recommendations.

a. Policy Review – to resolve to approve amendments and updates.

a. To receive the report of the Planning Committee and to agree the Council’s response to applications under consultation.

15. To receive an update on the Tongue End rewilding project.

16. To discuss Village News matters.

17. To receive the latest online Police Report.

18. To receive the Notes from the South Lincs Connected meeting held on the 11th of September, and to resolve any requests or recommendations.

19. To receive verbal updates from any other local groups and to resolve any requests.
