You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Deeping St Nicholas Parish Council, which will be held on Monday the 28th of July commencing at 7.15pm in Deeping St Nicholas Primary School, Main Road, Deeping St Nicholas. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda below. If you are unable to attend, please notify me of your apology.
There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7 and 7.15pmpm, where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council and your attendance is also requested during this period.

3. To resolve to Co-opt either Kayleigh Montgomery or Trevor Jackson into the vacant seat left by Paul Barrett.

5. Notes of the Annual Council meeting, held on the 27th of May to be approved as the Minutes.
