4. To formerly adopt the Minutes of the Meeting held on Monday 19th November 2018 and for the Chairman to sign them as such

6. To receive reports from District/County Councillors or representatives of other local organisations

14. To discuss any information which the Chairman may legally bring to the Councils attention
15. To resolve that, in accordance with the provision of Section 1 (2) of the Public Bodies (admission to meetings) Act 1960, that the Public and Press be excluded from the meeting, for the following items to be discussed In Committee.
16. To agree the Parish Precept for the financial year 2019/20
