Meetings are held bi-monthly, in Deeping St Nicholas Primary School, (unless during half-term where meetings will be held in the Church), and will commence promptly at 7pm.
There is a 15-minute open session at 7pm, ahead of the meeting Agenda, where parishioners can raise concerns and ask questions of the Parish Council.
